The organisation is ISO 9001: 2018 certified, Organic Biostimulants, Organic Bio Fertilizers G2 & G3 Certified, Adjuvants, Micronutrients & Water Soluble Fertilizers Manufacturing license, CIBRC & Maharashtra state manufacturing license of Insecticides etc. The organisation also has the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board’s Consent to operate.
The Company has acquired a reputation in the Indian market for its Services, Quality and Prices within a short period. Innovative approaches and honest intentions to transform the lives of farmers have helped us to reach greater heights. Our product range includes Organic Biostimulants and organic BioFertilizers. Adjuvants, Chelated Micronutrients, Water Soluble Fertilizers Formulations (NPK’s) Straight Micronutrients & their mixtures, Liquid Fertilizers, Insecticides, Pesticides, Herbicides and various Agrochemicals.
Dr Shantishwar Patil, MD of the Company, has a postgraduate, MBA in Operation Management and has vast 24 years of industrial experience in chemical field operation. He is a dynamic, Real-time decision-making personality, well-groomed, and technically sound. The company have a dedicated team that is the backbone of any industry. Companies have various departments viz. production, quality control, research and development, marketing, finance, Safety etc.
The production facility has a dedicated area for Organic Biostimulants, Organic Bio Fertilzers, Adjuvants, Micronutrients, Water Soluble Fertilizers and Insecticides, and Pesticides. The production facility is designed to produce approximately 50 MT/ day of fertilizers. The facility consists of SS & PP-FRP reactors, centrifuges, storage tanks, Pouch and Bags sealing machines, powder packing machines, Batch number coding machines etc. The facility also has a DM Water Plant and Effluent Treatment Plant.
The Quality Control Lab has Sophisticated instruments like Automic absorption Spectroscopy, Flame Photometer, pH Meter, Conductivity Meter, Digital Hot Air Oven, Digital Centrifuge Machine, Digital Weighing Balance, Lab level batch manufacturing pilot plant etc.
